As part to the CFA Standards Project, CFA supports a representative to the Standards Australia committee QT-001 Quantum technology which mirrors the work of IEC/ISO JTC 3 – Quantum technologies. Standards Australia has published two Australian standards AS 5405:2025 Quantum technology – Reference guide to quantum computing and AS 5535:2025 Information technology – Quantum computing – Vocabulary (ISO/IEC 4879:2024, IDT).
