The Consumers’ Federation of Australia is pleased to announce the Consumer Advocacy Essentials Course, a course designed to introduce people new to the consumer advocacy sector, improving capabilities and increasing knowledge for both new and old advocates!
The course is free for all members of CFA – employees of member organisations, individual members, and standards representatives).
