Consumers’ Federation of Australia (CFA) plays an important role in ensuring peoples interests are represented in the development of standards. You can influence standards by becoming a CFA representative on a Standards Australia technical committee. By getting involved you can ensure products and services meet your expectations and address everyday problems faced by ordinary people. See how standards affect our lives: Protecting the planet with standards and Standards in Action.
Everyone is invited to make public comment on draft standards and suggest new standards. FREE limited read only access to the Australian Standards available at the Standards Australia Reader Room, follow the link by clicking here to access the Reader Room.
