The Consumer Action Law Centre (CALC) and the Consumer Policy Research Centre (CPRC) invite you to the launch of Detours and Roadblocks – a report on the consumer experience of fixing faulty cars in Victoria.
Join us as we share insights from the research, unpack the consumer experience and spotlight our package of reforms that we believe will significantly improve the protections and supports for consumers.

Getting to the venue
Parliament Station is within walking distance. The free City Circle trams and the route 109 trams have stops located nearby. Access to the front entrance of the theatre is from the stairs leading down from the Upper Plaza at street level 1 Macarthur. Wheelchair access to the theatre is via Spring Street.
You will have an opportunity to meet fellow attendees at lunch, followed by a briefing on the report and a lively panel discussion on the report’s findings and proposals.
