BCCC seeks feedback on its Inclusivity, Accessibility and Vulnerability Inquiry

The Banking Code Compliance Committee (BCCC) invites feedback about the proposed scope of its Inclusivity, Accessibility and Vulnerability Inquiry, which focuses on the obligations set out in Chapters 13 and 14 of the Banking Code of Practice.

This consultation paper is being distributed to all Code-subscribing banks. In addition, the BCCC has extended the consultation to other key stakeholders for feedback, including consumer and small business representatives.

The BCCC would like to hear from all stakeholders about any gaps or other issues not currently included in the scope that should be included.

View the Consultation Paper for more information.

Responses to this consultation should be provided to the BCCC by no later than 13 May 2020 by email to Liam Cronin (BCCC Compliance Manager) at info@codecompliance.org.au.
