“Less waste, better results – Standards increase efficiency”
World Standards Day raises awareness and recognises the achievements and efforts of thousands of volunteers around the world who develop technical agreements that are published as standards. This year’s theme of “Less waste, better results – Standards increase efficiency” has come to the forefront as global challenges like sustainability and financial uncertainty mean that organizations are challenged to achieve better results with less waste.
Standards are crucial for increasing efficiency. We take this opportunity to thank all the hard work of the volunteer Consumers Federation of Australia representatives on the Standards Australia Technical Committees.
