New CFA Strategic Vision for a Thriving Consumer Movement

The Consumers’ Federation of Australia has published its new Strategic Plan 2024. The plan unveils an exciting new vision: a thriving consumer movement that advances the diverse interests of consumers.

As the peak body for the consumer movement, CFA’s purpose is to enable our members to connect and be more impactful.

The new plan identified four priorities:

  1. Facilitating member collaboration
  2. Building member capability
  3. Amplifying member voices
  4. Supporting consumer representatives

The new plan was developed following a workshop and input from a variety of CFA member organisations. We thank members for their support and input.

A copy of the new Strategic Plan is here. Please review it, as it sets out CFA’s values as well as the range of strategies CFA will adopt to deliver on the four new priorities. 2024 marks Fifty Years since the establishment of Consumers’ Federation of Australia. One of our values is “Here for the Long Term” – we hope to be supporting a diverse and thriving consumer movement in the years to come.
