International Volunteer Day: “What if everyone did?”

WHAT IF EVERYONE DID? International Volunteer Day

International Volunteer Day (IVD) is an opportunity to raise awareness of the important role volunteers play in responding to challenges facing the world. Mandated by the UN General Assembly and held each year on 5 December, the theme for 2023 is “What if Everyone Did” recognises the power of collective action in a time where much of the progress made on the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development is stalled or reversed.  Find out more at UN Volunteers and Volunteering Australia.

Consumers Federation of Australia (CFA) uses the opportunity to acknowledge and shine a light on the important work of volunteers.
