Do you run or have ideas for a financial literacy program? Grants available now

Financial Literacy Australia (FLA) has launched a new Grants program to support non-profit organisations in advancing financial literacy for all Australians.

The grants program has been made possible by voluntary donations amounting to $4 million from several companies as part of enforceable undertakings with ASIC.

Grants of between $10,000 and several hundred thousand dollars are available for the purpose of advancing financial literacy in Australia.

You may have a great existing program that could be expanded to reach more people. You may have ideas about a new financial literacy program. Or you may have a proposal for research that will make a real difference.

FLA are seeking proposals that:

  • work to improve the financial literacy and money skills of Australians
  • provide practical materials that will advance financial literacy in Australia
  • expand the body of knowledge around financial literacy

The closing date for concept proposals is July 11.
