Consumers Federation of Australia plays an important role in ensuring consumer interests are represented in the development of Australian Standards. Consumers can influence standards by becoming a Consumers Federation of Australia representative on a committee, making public comment on draft standards and suggesting new standards. By getting involved you can ensure products and services meet your expectations.
