IT Service management standards improve business processes and decision making

Consumers Federation of Australia has a representative on the Standards Australia Technical Committee IT-030 ICT Governance and management which is the mirror committee to ISO/IEC JTC 1 Information technology. IT-030 determines the Australian position on the ISO/IEC JTC 1 committee which develops Information and Communication Technology (ICT) standards for business and consumer applications.
